Explores Inn Lodge Amazon
The Explores Inn Lodge exceoded expectations. All the staff were friendly and professional. The quality and attention to detail was terrific. The experience would not of been the same without our outstanding guides Jhordy and Bryan. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience in the Amazon. Full of knowledge and very passionate about their jobs. A big shout out to Jhordy for going the extra mile to ensure we saw the animals we wanted to see. He is a credit to your team. Good wildlife
Very nice lodge in the peruvian amazon at tambopata river, good wildlife (giant river otters, caiman, capibaras, monkeys, snakes, deer, frogs) lots of birds and nice landscapes. Very professionals guides, nice rooms, good food and very good pisco sour at the bar.

Explores Inn Lodge, Amazon Jungle.
ABSOLUTELY above and beyond expectations. Couldn't recommend this lodge high enough. 5 STARS. From excellent accommodation, delicious Peruvian cuisine to outstanding staff and guides Jhordy and Brian. We loved every minute, only bad thing to say is we wish we could have had more time. A special shout out to our guide Jhordy who went out of his way to make our experience extra special in spotting unique wildlife. An authentic Amazon experience
What an amazing place! Serenity, wildlife, birds, intriguing trees and plants, all around. So secluded it’s a holistic immersion. Awesome experience!
It was a lovely experience 😊 The staff here are very friendly, organised and helpful. We saw quite a few animals, birds and insects. Una experiencia única en la selva
Nuestra experiencia en Explorer's Inn fue magnífica. Nos quedamos 4 noches, y disfrutamos muchísimo de todas las actividades en la selva organizadas por el Lodge (con un magnífico guía privado, Jhordy), las deliciosas comidas (incluyen opciones vegetarianas) y los ratitos para descansar. El Lodge lo organiza todo para ti, y tiene turistas de muchos destinos diferentes. Increible, experiencia única
El mejor albergue en que he estado. El lugar es único, precioso, en medio de selva pura. El trato por parte del personal ha sido inmejorable, son atentos, muy simpáticos y te hacen sentir como en casa. Además hemos visto mil animales y vegetación de todo tipo. 100% recomendado.

Peruvian Amazon Adventure
The first thing that comes to mind is...........................................HOT! Or as my notes state, Bloody Hot! I've done Kokoda twice and this trip was its equal in being wet & damp all day. The missus was not impressed, to be blunt. But discomfort is a small price to pay for the experience and the manager, Mario & his super friendly staff go out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The meals are basic, fish, chicken, corn cakes, soups, rice & beans with some fruit for dessert while the breakfast was cereal, fruit, pancakes & scrambled eggs. No Michelin here but more than adequate & no complaints. The two guides Angel & Christian, took us out to view the local wildlife, pointing out myriad information on the plants & rainforest we traversed. We saw (or heard) howler & squirrel monkeys, toucans, macaws, snakes, spiders, giant river otters, black & white caiman, guinea pigs & capybara at different times. A 42 Metre tower built in 2011 is a great way to get above the canopy & offers great views but is really high! One piece of advice I'd offer the operators is to install some fans in the rooms and operate off battery power, it was very uncomfortable at night inside the mosquito nets! A real experience that won't be forgotten in a hurry and I wish Mario & team all the success in the world! Plus, the great barman kept the Cusquena beers cold & coming!
